Say a joke. It was a very hard job because it was a dream, a nightmare scenario. When I was halfway through, I started having nightmares every day, insomnia, and eventually, with the miraculous help of some kind of sleep aid, I had severe anxiety with mild depression！ This state lasted for more than half a year, during which I couldn't work normally, and it didn't improve until two months ago.
